【There was a strong earthquake in Sapporo City.】

At around 11:15 p.m. on Dec.8th, a strong magnitude 7.6 earthquake occurred off the eastern coast of Aomori Prefecture. A maximum seismic intensity of 4 was also observed in Sapporo. Another large earthquake may occur, so please stay safe. In addition, a tsunami warning has been issued for the Pacific coast of Hokkaido. Please stay away from the sea.
